Chamois Blanc is the building opposite the main chamonix bus station and bowling. It is the often said to be the best of the modern Chamonix Sud buildings and even has its own concierge. Chamois Blanc also has a communal bike storage room.

CB1012 is on the ground floor facing the Parc de la Roseraie, and has its own terrace leading onto the garden.

The apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa that converts into another double bed in the living area.
