Built in local Savoyard stone and wood, this residence offers the most fabulous views of Mont Blanc. It comprises of 32 apartments above a small square in a superb location – very central but set in its own grounds and therefore enjoys peaceful surroundings.

La Ginabelle apartments not only benefit from their location but also the nearby facilities – just outside the building there is a free bus stop to take you to all the ski areas as well as being a minute walk to the abundance of eating and drinking venues in the centre of Chamonix. It is ideally positioned for the ski lifts too – only 5 minutes walk to the Aiguille du Midi cable car, Les Planards and Le Savoy ski lifts and also to the Maison de la Montagne – the main ski school in Chamonix. The railway station is about 2 minute walk on foot.

On the ground floor of the building there is a good Savoyard restaurant, an excellent bakery and friendly ski-shop. Across the square there is a launderette and a friendly English speaking brasserie/ cafe. The basement of the building includes a secure ski locker and a booting up area and there is a secure car park space available for use with each apartment.

Ginabelle2B is comfortably furnished in the Chamonix alpine style with quality wooden furniture and colour coordinated soft furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard storage.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed, and seating around a wooden dining table. There is a flat screen TV plus a CD/ DVD player. A large selection of board games is also available for use. Sliding patio doors take you out onto the balcony.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds that can be pushed together to form a double, bedroom 2 has a full set of bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower, full size basin, plenty of cupboards and a heated towel rack. There is a separate WC.

The apartment also comes with a free wireless ADSL internet connection. There are other apartments in the same building making larger groups possible.

The season rental price is based on December to April (5 months) and includes all utilities.

The apartment is having a kitchen renovation this summer 2023.
