The chalet is situated in the centre of Chamonix with all the restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The main ski shuttle-bus station, accessing all the ski domains, is only 200 metres away.

There is an open-plan living area with a fully-equiped kitchen, log burner and stunning views of the Mont Blanc from the balcony. For your comfort, the 2 bedrooms each have their own private shower rooms. There is free parking on the property.

The space

The property is a beautiful chalet set amongst approximately 1300sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix. Sapin 3 is on the second floor of the chalet and provides a very spacious 65m2 of living accommodation. Doors open onto a private balcony where guests have fantastic views of the Mt Blanc range. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin room. Both have ensuite bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink). In the living room there is satellite TV with a large selection of international channels, a cosy log burner, and free Wi-Fi internet connection. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge. For your relaxation Sapin 3 also has a private sauna room. There is private covered parking on the grounds and a ski locker room.

In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQs, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the background. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. There is plenty of parking on the property.

Guest access

The entire chalet is yours and you also have a private locked ski locker. There is shared use of a large garden with plenty of room for BBQs in the summer. There is also shared free parking on the property.

White cotton bedding and towels are provided.

Summer Season Price

Available from 28^th June till 13th December 2025. Cash payment for the rent. 3200€ per month including all charges for a minimum 2 mont stay.
